MANDI COBB is a personal trainer, boxing coach, fitness instructor, and mother. As a former gym owner, Mandi has spent the last decade learning everything she can about the health and fitness world. Growing up with a mother and grandmother who were nutrition specialists, Mandi's expertise on how to keep people healthy and fit comes from generations of dedication to helping people live healthfully. |
| "I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to getting in shape," says Mandi. "I love creating my clients' training programs and watching them transform."
Mandi's personalized training sessions combine kickboxing, boxing, yoga, Pilates, weight training, cardio and core training.
"I have started Get Downsized because changing lives is my passion and it's what I am great at. I feel in love with the Biggest Loser, I would cry every episode! I want to give people in Michigan the same chance that those courageous contestants had. When you have no hope in having your dreams come true, I want to show you how easy we can make it possible."
Don't let fear hold you back from doing this! The Hardest part is making the call. The rest we are there every step of the way."
"I feel honored that people invite me into their lives to help them change for the better," she says. "It doesn't feel like work because I love what I do! It is a gift to work with some truly amazing people." |

TODD COBURN is an extremist... to the point and in your face. Helping people transform is a true passion for Todd. He served for eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps, training individual Marines and groups of more than 300 troops at a time. Every person is unique and powerful, and Todd helps them find that inner power and bring it to the surface. |
| Todd believes training doesn't begin and end with a one-hour session. "I take my clients grocery shopping, help them cook meals. I am available 24/7 for support," says Todd, who sends clients weekly newsletters with inspiring stories and life-changing articles. "I'm all about making dramatic changes because most of us are looking to make our lives better, stronger."
A tough trainer who is fair but motivating, Todd becomes good friends with his clients as the trust builds and the results mount. He works with a team of doctors and specialists to fill in where necessary. "Combining physical exercise, nutritional support and medical evaluation makes a wonderful recipe for a quality life," says Todd.
His clients benefit from varied workouts that change it up on a regular basis. "The more variety you put in your life, the more your body will respond," Todd says.
"Hiring a personal trainer is the first step toward making time for yourself," says Todd. "We all must take care of our bodies, minds, and spirits - nobody else will!" |
