After you finish the program, you'll find the Get Downsized community remains a vibrant part of your life to keep you focused on living healthy and staying fit. Our Your New Life program keeps you motivated to live a healthier life. Many participants help out with new programs, become coaches and trainers, and help others on their weight loss path.

In the Your New Life Program, you'll train three times a week with our wonderful trainers, in many of the sponsor locations in metro Detroit, spinning, doing yoga, swimming and other group training classes.

Not everyone needs to lose 80 or more pounds. With a combined 20-plus years of experience, Todd Coburn and Mandi Cobb offer personal training services outside of the Get Downsized program through their company, Defined Personal Training. Their unique training styles stem from years of professional services in the health and fitness industries.
