Hello everybody and welcome to Sanga Yoga! The word Sanga is Sanskrit for 'community' and refers to people who are dedicated to encouraging and nurturing each others' well-being. Yoga brings balance and harmony into your body and your life while offering you a community of love and support. Yoga is a wonderful physical exercise that also balances the mind and spirit. All yoga classes are designed to help the body perform properly, creating suppleness and tone, as well as relieve the mind of all of its chatter - so that you may "free yourself to be yourself".
